Care & Comfort Service

A gentle upkeep visit covering battery renewal, gasket and seal checks, case and bracelet cleaning, and a fit adjustment. Suited to everyday watches that simply need some attention.

A full workshop service for automatic and hand-wound timepieces — disassembly, thorough cleaning, lubrication, and careful timing adjustment. Includes a condition report and a settling-in follow-up.

Heritage Restoration

Before any work begins, we look the piece over and tell you plainly what it needs — and what it doesn't. No surprises when the bill arrives.

Every service comes with a written record of the work carried out. You leave knowing exactly what was done, not just that "it's been serviced".

Handled by one person

Your watch is seen by the same watchmaker from intake to return. No handoffs between staff members, no ambiguity about who made each decision.

Appropriate tools, not shortcuts

We use workshop equipment suited to the watch in front of us. For a vintage movement that means patience and period-appropriate technique.

For longer restorations we check in at each stage. You're never left wondering what's happening to something you've trusted us with.

How long does a standard service usually take?

The Care & Comfort Service is typically ready within 3–5 working days. A Mechanical Service takes around 2–3 weeks depending on the movement. Heritage Restorations are scoped individually at the start — we'll give you an honest timeline during the initial assessment.

Do I need to make an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome during our opening hours. If you have a specific question about a restoration or a more involved piece, a brief call beforehand helps us give you better time at the bench. You're not obliged to leave the watch on the day — a conversation first is perfectly fine.

What brands and movement types do you work with?

We work across quartz, automatic, and hand-wound movements from a broad range of brands. For vintage or less common calibres we'll check parts availability before confirming the scope. We'd rather be upfront about what's achievable than overpromise.

Are the prices listed on the website final?

The Care & Comfort Service (RM 480) and Mechanical Service (RM 1,980) are fixed. Heritage Restoration is priced from RM 4,300 and scoped individually after an in-person assessment — it depends on the piece, its condition, and the parts needed. We'll give you a clear figure before any work begins.

How should I prepare my watch for drop-off?

Just bring it as it is. If you have the original box or any paperwork, bring those along — they're helpful for heritage pieces but not required. We'll photograph and note the condition of the watch at intake so there's a clear record on both sides.

Is my watch insured while it's with you?

Watches in our care are kept securely and handled with appropriate attention. We maintain professional care standards throughout the service period. If you have a high-value piece and specific concerns, please raise them at drop-off so we can address them together.
